hosted its 4th annual Safe Trick or Treat Open House at the 109th Police Precinct located at 37-05 Union St., Flushing. The event drew 500 families from the community and offered them a safe trick or treating environment, as well as an opportunity to meet and mingle with the police officers who serve the community.
